Hi all I'm new to this just wondering if anyone could help with an idea of what I can do to fix this? I ordered my kit and set it all up, when I go to ride it the wheel falls off? Someone suggested I might need axle plates making just wondering if theres anything else I can do? Or what plates id need? Wheel is 27.5"

You need to file the dropouts deeper and fit a torque arm.
Don't ride it again until you've done this as you may do a lot of damage to the frame and to the axle/motor.

Yep, axle only sits in the drop outs half way.
We see this quite a bit folks think a 14mm axles or even a 12mm will seat in a 9mm QR without any modding,

You need two torque arms if you have the 750w/1000w (48v) controllers. You can probably get away with only one if you have a 36v battery and you file the drop-outs a lot deeper.

I'm making torque plates rather like the torque arms without the arms! 6 mm for 14!mm axles . Sort of semi custom for your bike
