whats the difference between Orbea F30 and F40 flat bar?

I'm new to e-bikes and friends have done research and purchased Orbea and after looking at them, this is the one I like too. Sadly cannot find any F30s for sale in medium any time soon so what is the difference if any between that and the F40 - is it just the latest version out? Im not a regular cyclist so cannot spot the difference by reading them both? any advice welcome.

Looks to be the groupset mainly. So the gears are Claris vs Altus

For Orbea Gains as the number goes up the quality goes down.
So D50/F50 is entry level, climbing up to M10.

So a D40 is slightly lower spec than a D30. As Kirsten rightly says it's probably the groupset.

And the letter means:
F - flat bar
D - drop bar
M - carbon (eh?!)

Other than the things already mentioned the cheaper F40 has an extra rear cog (9 vs 8) and a single chain ring Vs the double on the F30, both of which IMO make a for better setup, especially on an e-bike. You don’t need the extra gears and there is less to go wrong / maintain.
