After seeing both vids, I still kinda like the look/concept, but even i with my armchair engineering lack of qualifications can see the multitude of ramifications and complications it creates..

The size of the 'bump' in the rd that caused the 'noise/ skateboard wheel pin failure' in vid #1 was comically nominal - If i had been a) a backer, and b) received a bike, chances are it wouldn't have made it to the end of the rd on its initial run ( btw im 3rd house in..) .

Shame tho - I still Kinda like it

If any made it to the UK i bet they end up on the walls of hipster barbers..

The design is flawed on many fronts. It was never going to be satisfactory.

That thing is truly diabolical.

They got rid of everything that is good about a bicycle and replaced it with vastly over complicated cr ap.

The tendency to run away when being pushed is going to result in massive legal claims.

Seen it many times and so true about the "visionaries". I`ve also seen many times the opposite as well thankfully.
