no instructions/manual came with my ebike. yesterday I fitted a rear rack, had to remove rear disk brake cable to try and fit the rack.
today I set my controller to highest (3) pedal assist for a steep 11% hill but was in too high a gear and could pedal no more after getting part way up, so I tried the thumb throttle (whilst still in pedal assist 3 mode) trying to give my legs a rest, but ended up doing about 3mph and eventurly got up the hill.
luckily this was a quite side road no traffic.
not sure if I have upset something at the rear end re king sensor,(moter cuts in and out if over 15mph as regards throttle?
when home it occurred to me that the procedure might be power on (no assist) then use throttle is this correct and would throttle only get me up a hill.
