What Is The Best Puncture Resistant Tyre?

I'm contemplating changing the original Continental City Rides on my latest Agattu.
After a few punctures on both my 1st Agattu and on my Wisper, I changed to Schwalbe Marathon Plus and Continental Contact Security respectively.
So I was going to get a pair of either of the aforementioned, but now I have read about Specialized Armadillo and Vittoria Randonneur.
Basically, I want as puncture proof tyre as possible with not too much rolling resistance and at a reasonable price i.e. less than £20 inc. delivery.

Recommendations welcome.

I think it would be difficult to choose between those on puncture protection. I am sure there will be people who say they have never had a puncture on each of those and others who have. No tyre can be bullet proof and eventually something will get through.

Given that, I would be inclined to look at other factors such as max pressure, rolling resistance, tread pattern and weight.

I used to have problems with punctures - i tried puncture resistant tyres with no great improvement. I then tried a heavy duty tube - successful so far (300 miles) - touch wood.

Marathon pluses every time. In truth I haven't tried any other tyre but I was plagued by punctures before fitting them to my Torq. Not let me down yet. Now fitted to my Agattu.

I did over four years on different bikes with Marathon Plus tyres without a single puncture, while my trailer without MPs had many punctures, but earlier this year got two in one week in one back tyre, both due to very long blackthorn spikes after a hedge by a cyclepath had been cut back.

I've no idea how good the other two types are, though they are probably equal performers, but on price the Continental equivalents seem to be the winners now.

Dutch Perfect No Flat Tyres

I recently had a day with multiple punctures on one of my old-and-rusty-but-interesting non-electric bikes. I stormed off to the local bike shop to see whan they could offer. I bought a pair of these in 700x35C.

Dutch Perfect No Flat Tyre: No more flat tyres!

I could probably have got Marathon Plus for less off the web, but I was happy to have an immediate solution to the problem, and it was good to be able to support the local trader.

No punctures to report so far, and the bike feels good, so their claims about low rolling resistance don't seem too unreasonable.
