D8ve.....I must admit you are right, thinking about becoming a registered charity and sending the kids out begging.....fed up with gruel, maybe some meat in November.......
Joking apart the e-bike industry ,across all manufacturers, seems to be enjoying an Indian Summer of sales continuing into the Autumn.

Distance - anything with a bigger battery than a Kudos.

kudos dave has been drinking the rum like a pirate, and on a sunday too!

in his defence kudos do a great range but for whatever reason there are no dealers anywhere in east anglia and im not spending that sort of money without trying before i buy so i never even considered them personally.

There's no Kudos dealers near me either. I've got 2 Kudos bikes. ;)

There's no Woosh dealer near me either. I bought a Woosh for my wife. Sometimes in life you've just got to take a chance. ;)

Woosh get some many recommendations on here and there are various reviews from owners, taking a chance in respect doesn't always apply. Different if there was no feedback or quality CS.

It’s difficult if you are a long way from anywhere. As my first e bike I bought a Woosh sight unseen, and it turned out to be a mistake. The bike was okay - it had an issue which they sorted out but that was’t the problem. It was just the wrong sort of control sensor for me. Speed sensor, which meant I wasn’t getting any real exercise; and that was the point of the bike to help me get some bike fitness back after not riding for a few years. The spec of the bike was well below what I was used to as well.

If I had tried some I would have known that I had to spend more money to get the sort of bike I wanted but I went off half cock. I sold it and lost a bit but then got a much more suitable - for me Kalkhoff. I think most people change their first e bike quite quickly as they gain knowledge of what’s available. Particularly if bought online.
