What is the appropriate low voltage cutoff for a Li-ion battery?

Dear all,

My KU93 has just arrived (22a controller) and unfortunately it seems to have a 27.5v low voltage cutoff -

1) is this too low for a li-ion battery? Mine is an 09 14.5ah "50 x Samsung ICR18650 29E LiNiMnCoO2 cells (3.7V 2.9Ah) connected 10 series 5 parallel".

2) Does the 27.5 mean that that's the single bar or zero bars on the 810 LED display (so two bars could still be two low?)

3) If 27.5 is too low then is the best way to install a wattmeter and keep an eye on it manually?

4) What is the proper cutoff voltage for my battery?

5) If checking manually, am I looking for resting voltage or voltage under load?

6) What is the proper low-level limit for each of resting and under load?

Many thanks indeed :)

31V seems to be the general rule for 36V battery

It depends what battery you have. Hasn't it got a BMS in it to protect it anyway. 27.5v is no problem for a 36v lithium battery as long as you're not using lipos.
