Wanted Wee Quartz

Hi I have just acquired a Wee Quartz battery bike Ali frame made in Germany and was wondering if anyone had or could give me more info. I have already phone the importer based in Newark but they suggested an email to Germany, both conversations not very productive I’m afraid. I would like a manual and hopefully a wiring diagram

Yes I have a clang when riding at a quarter to three and was wondering what it could be it’s not coming from the back wheel but from the pedal assembly
