We know the EBikes we want but they are nowhere to be found

Wife and I are in our 70s and looking for a couple of EBikes with the capability of some gentle off roading. We're in Somerset and after looking online and visiting our local bike shop we've found that they're are hugely popular and tough to come by.

We want a mid-drive motor like a Bosch Performance CX with a minimum 500Wh battery. <£2800.

Two bikes we really like are:
Scott Sub Cross eRide 20 EQ
Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro Allroad 500

I can't find either of these bikes in stock anywhere. Maybe the only thing to do is keep checking or place a pre-order? Not sure I want to buy online as I don't want to assemble it.

Any suggestions on alternatives or ways to get my foot in the door? How did you find the bike you wanted?

Any hints greatly appreciated.

well if you want those bikes then you best pre order them as wont be out until the end of the year as the new bikes for this year start coming out in sep-oct but depends on the manufacturer and some wont be untill next year.
