Hi

I am 6ft 3" and over 100kg.

A used AVE MH-7 would be good (but not sure that I could afford it!) . It needs to fit easily in the boot of car. It is an estate so most should be ok but I would like to avoid folding the seats down. It would do runs of 15 to 20 miles in relatively flat country (and yes I am happy to pedal too).

Cheers

You have a few options some non-crank drives with a larger battery (16ah) would be sufficient even with a hub motor in a relatively flat area assuming you are not much over 100kg but a crank drive would be preferable. However I would suggest trying a few out as folding bikes often feel like a compromise as the riding position is not perfect especially if you are quite tall.

Perhaps a FreeGo folding which we would do for £900 with larger battery (16ah) though I think you might find the gap between seat and handlebar too small? Above 100kg most hub powered bikes suggest speaking to brand to confirm so it does depend on your exact weight. Woosh is well priced for a crank drive.

Good luck and have fun test riding a few bikes.
