I’ll have a look cheers, there was 2 on eBay today, I sniped the one on auction but got outbid, the other was on a buy it now and got snagged within one minute of the auction one ending.

and done, I swear when I looked on there yesterday they were £140+ I just got one for £97.77 with free post, when you consider the used one on eBay went for £90 plus post this is a bargain. Thanks again @falmouthtony

I had a feeling there wouldn’t be much to them but I guess it’s the technology you’re paying for, if it was simple to replicate wouldn’t there be a ton of cheaper versions on offer by now?

all it is is a electromagnet powerd by a batt but never seen a cheap one other than 2nd hand or a copy for 70-90 quid on ebay uk.

I’m amazed the Chinese aren’t making them and flogging them for peanuts, not a big enough market at the moment I guess.

well the top speed of the dongle is 35mph so not sure what size front sprocket you have but if you spin out you might want to up the size to a bigger one i have 18t but a 20t will get you to cut off speed on the flat.

I got the bike up to 28/9mph today downhill and was pretty much spun out by then, so that’s great advice thanks.
