I can see the appeal a laid back cruiser, there are some bikes available in the uk with similar styling,i think sakura made one and there is also an izip model, unfortunately both are only available with one gear, they may be ok on the flat and very slight inclines, but more as fun bikes and not suited to any real hills.

The izip x-cell cruiser is very similar available at about £350 it is rather heavy, with 24v lead acid batteries, and only one gear it uses the currie motor.also there is the sakura mustang not sure if they are still making these, also only available with one gear, these are both good looking fun bikes rather than serious commuting bikes.

Hi Trakker! - and welcome. Yeah, I like the look as well, cool, and kind of "off the wall". But I suspect it all ends there, for a myriad of reasons!:)
Exactly mate, something a bit....different!:D I wouldn't buy one, unless I lived in the states, there were no hills, as it's just something for a bit of a laugh and not to be used as a serious ebike.;)

Thanks for the welcome fella!

Regards
Darren
