I prefer to stay very low key when out for my night rides.

That paint wouldn't be the best of ideas when riding through the local army camp late at night.

Just save your money and wait for the Chinese to build a new power station near to your house. It'll have the same effect, only it won't just be your clothes that are glowing.

is this stuff safe for skin? cause ive got thousands of uses for this going through my head but very few involve clothing
