volt battery ah query and 500w moter

hi all local lbs is now stocks volt brand ebikes so went for a look
folder and pulse hybrid on display and asked battery size, there is nothing on the battery the dealer could see giving this info watts or ah Panasonic batteries.

took a catalogue home ,range for the pulse hybrid (£1339) given as 60+ miles 80+ for dearer model.

range seems a bit optimistic to me? I believe these are torque sensor not speed sensor e bikes
ps 500watt moter was off road vertion

The website quotes the batteries as weighing 3.5 and 4.5k, which is about right for 12 and 16ah at 36v. I'd say a real world range of 37 and 48 miles.

Another example of a manufacturer giving all the detail but seemingly 'forgetting' to include something as important as battery capacity.
