Does anybody know who the manufacturers are, I bought the machine through Ideal Shopping Direct (TV sales). A few weeks ago it developed a fault I contacted ideal shopping direct, who made arangements to collect the bike and repair it under warranty. They told me this could take up to 20 days, (which I was not very impressed with), any way as its coming up to the twentieth day, and having contacted Ideal shopping direct afew days ago, who could not give me any information of the progress and just repeated that it will take up to 20 days, I am getting a little bit concerned, I thought a letter to the manufactures might help.

I think you'll find that they'll refer you back to the shop. In case you get more problems, they're pretty easy to fix as long as you can work a screwdriver. Everything is modular and readily available from a number of sources. Just ask here.
