Very low power

Hi guys. Hoping for some help here please
I have a gtech that has lost virtually all power
Battery is fine motor kicks in on revolution of cranks but not enough power to drive an infant forward
What do I need to check?

More details would be useful. Not everyone will know much just from saying gtech. Which motor, which controller,etc, how old, and is this sudden from perfect to not, or has it not been used for a while and so on. Fill in the gaps, paint the whole picture!

Stripped/worn nylon gears in the hub or even water ingress rusting things up. The only way to know is open the hub to look.
