Urban mover um33x lost power

Hi All
Have the wife's bike lost power have checked battery output is good 29v.
Taen it apart to check for loose connections or dirt related issue any ideas from these picks to diagnose please would be great.

29v for 24v is good so no issue with the charge value.
The issue is likely the torque sensor crank set up may have failed. In the pics of the small pcb board there are black marks bottom rhs, are they surface marks or do they mask the tracks underneath as damage.

Is it a 24 volt battery bike? If yes what you say is 100 % correct.
But if its a nominal 36 volt or higher, then that is a disaster...
