Hello guys - new member with a nice condition second hand Urban Mover UM 36 bike - living on the west coast of scotland a long way from any tech back up!
I have studied the forum to learn about the bike and have several questions - grateful for any info -
1] is the company deceased in the uk?
2]doesnt seem much power - some assistance on the flat but v little on hills - 200w motor i believe - battery looks to be good.
3]opening the throttle makes no difference to the speed

hi , are you sure battery is ok ??? do you know what age the battery is.......???
its the obvious first thing to have checked given your other comments re not much power and throttle either not working or not ramping up.......36 v battery and 200w motor should assist you up modest hills........if all is in good condition (including the rider !!)
