I've no personal experience of it, but the Cyclone is the way I'd tend to go. The 360 watt would be a big improvement since using the gears you'd be able to get as much speed as you like up to 20/25 mph, plus good hill climbing. The more powerful hubs could do almost as good a job in that respect, but with drive on the lightly loaded front wheel, wheel spin would be a problem, expecially uphill in the wet.
The 500 watt Cyclone would be even better for performance of course, but the batteries for that are expensive and you'd be spending lots of money on new gearsets or gearhubs as that wore them out quickly.
