Uh oh, spoke noise

After truing my back wheel I have the infamous tick sound once per revolution, had it before so pretty sure it's a spoke. None are loose, but tension is a little uneven due to truing a few mishaps out. Should I just lube the nipples and between them as this has worked in the past, or does this indicate more of a problem?

Are you sure it's not the disc rotor ?

Did you use a spoke tension gauge?

Where is the ticking sound coming from, do you have disc brakes or rim brakes?
