Hello, I've just taken delivery of a Twist Freedom which I love, but I am worried about if I have to leave it outside a shop, I will of course take the ride control off so it isn't stolen but I am worried about leaving the terminal open to the elements especially as there is a warning sign on it about not getting it wet, has anybody come across a suitable cover for it, I'd really rather not leave it with a carrier bag on it!

Hi Annie the way those brackets are designed the water will run of the terminals & you will have no problem's trust me iv'e had mine for a while now (old design but iv'e no problem with water). See you have a twist Freedom must be the 2010 model has the 2011 had a diffrent ride-control. But enjoy the Giant's are a great bike & well made.
Thanks Scatty, I'm really happy with the bike, it's just worrying that underneath the computer if I have to take it off that there is a big yellow warning sticker about not getting it wet, I think I will continue my quest to find something suitable to cover it over with just incase!
