Not sure that is going to make any difference to the general conduct of cyclists even if it could be policed, which I doubt, I suspect if such plans were made law the only result would be that it reduces the number of cyclists on the road, or massive demos/riots all over the country.One debate following the program...

We've got something similar in telford, but they run the cyclpath along the edge of the road by marking it in red, and then up a slope off the road at the chicanes, so that in that photo, they'd go behind the bollards. The problem is the slight step on the slope which causes your front wheel to bounce off causing you tp crash, so I just go through the chicanes and take my chance with the cars.You mean the left?
