TSDZ2 Throttle engaged all time

Hi, after using my TSDZ2 kit for a couple of hundred kilometres, all going great, the throttle has suddenly gone nuts - it is engaged all the time, bit of a surprise first time it happened ... I bought a new throttle (wire looked a little loose on the original) but it is just the same. Has anyone any similar experiences? I am running the open source software, I might try re-installing it.
