Tsdz2 not working when fully charged

I have a tsdz2 48v 17.5ah installed. It works great however it won't work when battery is fully charged. If I've fully charged the battery i have to lift the back wheel off ground and run walk assist for 15 minutes. It'll then work fine. Any ideas to help with this?

Hi Sa444, I was having a somewhat similar issue, and my problem was that my battery was 52V, with a 48V motor, so the voltage was too high for the motor controller when fully charged. If your battery is a 48V, I don't know if you can flash the firmware to 52V without running into other issues.
