Trying to find my perfect first E-Bike!

Hello guys,

My name is Bogo and I found this forum while searching for the best e-bike for myself. I've spent 3-4 weeks deep searching and researching options and models and seem to be more lost than ever.
Once I do find a bike though I'm sure I'm going to love it as I plan for it to be my main means of transport for the next few years.

There's every chance that you'll think you've found the perfect bike, then you'll buy it and a few weeks down the road, you'll maybe have a different view - choosing bikes is like that.

In my unassisted bike days, I think it was my 4th, maybe 5th bike that I finally settled on and I still have it many years and 1000's of miles later, and not wanting a similar experience with a 'new' ebike, I converted my 4th (5th?) bike knowing from the start that the ride was good for me.
