troy ebike special (vogue troy?)

I have a troy ebike special which appears to be an earlier version of the vogue troy, with a rear hub motor. I did some research and I thought it used the standard Phylion battery. It's a 37v, 13ah

The pins are correct as are the specs, but the space in the carrier isn't deep enough for it (It sits underneath the carrier). Any ideas which battery it needs?

There's no such thing. There are at least 3 profile/case versions of a Phylion rear rack battery, and each has 2 BMS variants: most are not interchangeable with the others.

Post photos of the rear of the battery showing the profile and slots, and another of the battery label... that will narrow it down considerably.
