Last year I converted my wife's Trek bike with a XF08 CST rear hub kit from Woosh. A couple of weeks ago my son was riding it when it just died - the LCD wouldn't turn on. After carrying out various tests and following an e-mail to Woosh I sent the LCD and battery controller back to Woosh. Within a couple of days of them receiving it I had a message to say a new controller was being sent out to me free of charge. I received it today, fitted it and everything now seems to be ok.
Thanks to Andy at Woosh for the excellent and prompt service - especially as the controller was out of warranty by a few months (though it had only done a few hundred miles, though never in the rain).
