Tongxin sensorless?

Hello
I just got a hubwheel from electricwheelcompany, with no data whatsoever included. Are the Tongxin motor sensored or sensorless? Are there both versions available?

Tongxin make both CJ. Best check with the Electric Wheel Company which they are sending out currently, though they usually supply the sensorless ones for the Nano-Brompton conversions they do.

Both versions are available but the sensorless version is much more common these days. So I would have thought it would be the sensorless one. If you are saying you already have it then it will have 8 wires (with sensors) or more likely 3 wires.

There is 3 wire connection comming out of the motor. Reason I ask in here is that it takes atleast a week every time I mail Electricwheel before I receive an answer, but I ofcourse I´ll ask them also.

No need to check now Keith, that 3 wire one is definitely sensorless as Harry has said.
