They're not bad. They were very popular a couple of years ago, but then the price crept up and more powerful hub-motors came on the Scene like the BH Emotion Neo and the cheaper Kudos Tornado, and now the Woosh Big Bear. These bikes are a bit easier to get on with. I see now that the price of the Tonaro has crept back down, so it's a viable option again. The Bighit is very comfortable, though a bit on the heavy side. Some people have converted them to 48v, which makes them quite spritely.
