Tie for e-bike throttle?

I seem to remember seeing a post a few days ago about adding a tie to an e-bike throttle. It helped keep holding throttle open to avoid getting cramp. Am unable to recall where the post was. Does anyone remember or have ingenious suggestions for making a throttle easier to use without incurring cramp after a few miles?

On a different tack - saw one of the Halford's Carrera Sparc bikes in the Scarborough the other day. Looked a nice bit of kit for the money (£645, I think). Wonder how many of these Halford's have sold.

i have been around four different halfords shops and have not yet seen an carrera sparc,as for adding a tie to a throttle, it would need to release in an instant if the brakes were applied,or if you released your hand from the throttle otherwise it would be very unsafe.

Same here, all the halfords I've checked haven't one, and at the largest they insisted they didn't do any electric bikes and told me I was mistaken!
