Not sure if this has been flagged already, but it seems that Team Hybrid are launching Tidalforce bikes in this country:

Thanks Halfmedley. Team Hybrid had one of the original bikes at the New Milton show this year, hugely overpowered, 30 mph etc, and highly illegal as an e-bike.

Now produced by Matra of France, if the UK version is in any way similar, it's going to have to be registered, insured and used with helmet etc as a form of moped.
