Thumb lever ft21x

Hi, does anyone know if its possible to adapt the popular thumb lever ft 21x to use on the left? I know ow I can simply flip it so the lever acts on top of the bar instead of underneath like it is when its on the right. But I’d like to use it on the left, with the lever underneath and the cable exiting in the right direction. Or will it be easier to buy a symmetrical replacement lever?

Not possible. You might be better off getting one of thos ambidextrous throttles:
