Hi all,

 

I've noticed when I turn the throttle sometimes nothing happens - no power. Same thing today, brought it inside and after a while I turn throttle and it works again.

 

I should add, the throttle used to have a lot of resistance to get to top speed, but now with slight turn its fully opened.

 

Any ideas on what's going on?
