Hi
This is my first venture into the world of E bikes, I am 65 years old and have just reserved a Byocycle Chameleon LS folding cycle through the cycle to work scheme.
I am currently waiting for the certificate to process before taking possession of this cycle. I have taken this cycle for a test ride and liked the bike looking to do a commute of approx. 5 miles each way to work with little or no effort
What I would like to know is if anyone has owned this bike and can give me more information about its reliability, etc than what I read in the Bumf etc
The bike is priced at under £1000 which is the limit of the ctow voucher, any comments are welcome
regards

Hi pgchimp,

I'm the manager of Byocycles, however whilst I can't give you an unbiased review of the bikes, I will offer you some statistics.

On average, out of every 100 Chameleon LS' we sell, 1 customer will come back to us with an actual problem (occasionally people will phone for advice, but we don't count this in 'warranty' statistics)

If there is anything else you'd like to know, don't hesitate to give me a call on 02392 488 362

Thanks,
