Taken the plunge

Well, after much deliberation and having not used a bike for so long, I have finally taken the plunge and bought a Kalkhoff Aggatu (wave) from 50 Cycles - should be with me on Friday. Why have I taken this step? Well, I am getting more than a little fed up sitting in traffic every morning and paying loads each month for the privilege. I hope I haven't made an expensive mistake!

Congratulations Wallie. I've never known anyone who's bought a Panasonic motored bike say they've made an expensive mistake, and as long as you can contribute up to half the effort normally needed for cycling, I think you'll be wearing a smile as you go by those stationary queues of cars from now on.

With the better weather season approaching, the smile will probably get broader.

You just made a great decision. Not only will you save money but you will arrive at work energised and a lot less stressed. Add in the Health benefits and its a no brainer. Great bike too.

Thanks chaps - it's nice to be welcome. Now, I've got to buy a helmet so that I can find out what all the fuss is about after the bike is charged! Really looking forward to its arrival.
