hi I'm andy from kent. I have a swytch bike . but it's not working at moment as the red light at pedal sensor is on permanently. and not flashing when pedal any help would be appreciated. thank you

Either the sensor is kaput, or the gap between the moving part and the stationary part is too big, or the alignment is wrong. Play around with it and see if you can make it flash, if not talk to Swytch.

yes tried gap adjustment lights up as soon as power is on

Worth fiddling with the connector at the other end too. Unplug/replug/wiggle, in case connection is not perfect. Same with the main unit mounting. Check no moisture in connectors and so on.
