Sw900 lcd screen p9 - p12 missing?

Hi all,
I have had a 1000watt hub kit fitted amd working but the sw900 screen will not let ne access p9-p12 it just goes from p8 to p13 and i cannot access the PAS setting can anybody help please?

I have the same problem. The lcd I had before worked ok for these settings then it was water damaged after a rainstorm got an error 10. So, I purchased a replacement, and the replacement cannot access p9-p12. I have 2 controllers and it happened to both it seems to be related to the sw900 not the controller. I am waiting for a replacement lcd unit
