Yep too true, I got the "hard" spring recommended by rider weight..."cough" Whether or not it helped but when I first started ebiking I had back problems after a 30+ mile ride but not any more!

After many years of prevarication I purchased one of these recently as I have some planned part off road bikepacking trips. As everyone else reports, superb. A little heavy if you are looking to minimise weight.
