suede refresh button

i cannot seem to get the refresh button to work on my suede charger, yellow light comes on refreshing, and then goes to normal charge after about two seconds, any ideas.

I assume you've already used the battery down to a low charge in the normal way before trying to refresh.

If so, it might have reached the low voltage point the same as the normal refresh cut off point, generally about 1.1 to 1.15 volts per cell, which is about 33 to 34.5 volts from the battery. Then the refresh wouldn't operate or be necessary.

If the battery is quite a lot above that voltage, it may be a faulty charger as the Suede has suffered the odd incidence of that.
