That list is typical of the Chinese parts bin,the Nuvinci 360 is also now made in China, resulting in a big price drop at OEM volumes.
The Nuvinci is very much a Marmite gear,if you hate derailleur it is a good alternative and will take lots of power. We put the Nuvinci into our Kudos Eiger,it offered the power transfer ability which would have exceeded the power warranty on the Shimano Nexus hub and overcome the power on derailleur change problems, well publicised on this forum.
How much is that bike?

This is just the Joules bike rebadged or clone and its sells on eBay for £700 and does seem a good buy for the price. However it does not fold unlike most 20" wheel bikes.
I like the design of this and once my volt dies its on my maybe list.
