Speedbox help

I have a new cube bike and have installed a speedbox. But everytime i activate it and pedal hard past 16mph the chain skips and pedal goes to the bottom.

when i deactivate the tuning box i have no issues.

can anyone help.

All the speedbox does is remove the speed limit. It's electrical and has no direct affect on the chain. The reason for your chain skipping lies elsewhere.
