Speed dongle battery?

My badass dongle equivalent (speedclip) on a Haibike is now 4 years old and has now failed. It started dragging at 18 mph and then recently fading like an empty bike battery. It’s a sealed unit with no removable cove unless I cut it off. Is there a battery I can replace inside?

It's a badass copy, just slides over the Bosch sensor in the same way. Made by www.speed tuning.eu whicis no longer there

Thanks. Mine doesn't have a clipped on cap like the video, but it gave me an idea to investigate the two ends of what turned out to be a similar battery cover. I had to scrape off a thin plastic cover at each end to reveal tiny screws.
