Sorry I hadn't realised that I put the thread in the wrong section.

With the dealers on here forever singing the praises of their off road bikes, it shouldn't be too much of an issue getting some bikes out there with forum members riding them.

I'd love a punt at that, but it's too far for a day trip & too cold for camping

It's a bit too far away for me as well at approx. 125miles, but someone else has said that they will come along for the ride, so I don't mind quite so much now.

It'll be nice to get the NEO Xtrem on something a bit different from the regular bridleways. I might have to work a bit hard over the next month to get my own fitness up though.

Definately a good idea especially allowing for the fact that this year "CX bikes are allowed to enter" and they ar far less a radical idea than electrical assistance,
