hi all just spotted this ebike and wonder if anyone has come across a triangle frame case for mounting the battery and controller .

can only find cloth battery frame bags

Build your own from wood, this is the template for my frame. Thanks for your question, it inspired the idea of an evolution of the above which maybe able to contain 20 Ah of lipo!

It's easy to make one out of GRP for a cost of about £30. You make a plug out of wood for each side, which you sand smooth and then rub candle wax all over it. Then simply lay the GRP over it and remove the plug when set. Finally use thin plywood around the edge fixed to one side to make an overlap to screw the other side to.
