Small ebikes

Hello,
Is there such an ebike as a small framed ebike, being only 5’5” tall I only ride a 50cm sq frame or 20” in old money and even had a 14” mtb, so I am after something similar in the ebike. In other words I don’t want to look stupid sat on a massive framed ebike. Also preferably in MTB style.
