June 19, 20205 yr According to Companies House, No. Accounts overdue for 2019. A dodgy company trading in Sheffield and previously in Cork, Ireland by a pair of related Poles with a Belarus correspondence address. Show us pics of the bike and battery as all will likely be generic China components and the battery will be very generic as well so you can/should be able to use any battery of the same voltage. They were originally a Dutch company, Silent Force BV, their e-bikes sold here earlier in this decade. All their models were typical Chinese generic, though often better equipped and they had plans to produce in Malaysia. The batteries also appear generic so probably easily replaced. If you post a photo of your bike we'll be able to help more. Meanwhile if you are on Facebook there's some Silent Force information there, but I'm not a member so can't check it. .
