Shared bike for me and my partner

I am looking for an ebike to use to work (once I'm allowed)The trip to work is about 4 miles where the last 1.5 miles is uphill. I am not too concerned about the time it takes me, I just want to avoid arriving at the office sweaty and the reason I'm looking for an ebike instead of using my hybrid.
What complicates matter for me is that I would like to share this bike with my partner (I'll use my hybrid) for some weekend cycling with trips of around 20-30 miles. The main issue is that I'm 1.80m and my parter is shorter at 1.65m. Is there a bike that could accommodate both of us satisfactiory? I'm planning on using the cycle to work scheme and looking for a bike for about £1,000.

I’d be inclined to go for something like the Woosh Rambletta folder. Can accommodate different heights without looking odd. Otherwise, are you looking for crossbar or stepthru?

We are pretty much similar heights, with a tandem when we go out together, and a step-through Motus Hub for when just one of us is going out, and a 25 year old Giant ladies push-bike for the rate times we go out separately at the same time. The Motus does us really well.

I think the Rambletta Jonah suggested would be a good option too. Santana as well. There's a bit of a wait at the moment.

The tandem is really good for those 20 mile trips; wouldn't be good for your solo commute!

When re-available the Woosh Rambla looks nice but it’s a bit more money as is the Wisper Wayfarer. I’m sure Juicy Bike will have something also.
