Morning, everyone.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction for returning a faulty battery? It appears the postal service won't handle it. I bought it from Bafung on Amazon, and it's for a warranty exchange. If I can't send it back, I won't be able to get the new battery, as they are saying.

Thank you all.

As private individuals no chance of return, these companies know this and it is a get out clause of getting out of claims. With batteries one deals with China as ones peril even with the likes of Bafang.

the seller may be not the official Bafang, the famous manufacturer.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone tries to trade on a similar sounding name.

Some couriers will take it if the box has the correct markings, which it should have if you return it in its original packaging. Also, Amazon have their own returns system, which you should be able to use. Contact them to find out how it works.

I bought a battery on Amazon marketplace. It was faulty, so seller sent me prepaid labels to print and put on package. Then I had to take it to the post office and they accepted it with no problems.
Best to contact seller for advice on how to send it back.
