have Carrera subway one fitted with tdz 2 cd moter 250w 36v
battery is yosepower bottle type 10.4ah torque sensor modes eco/tour/sport/turbo
I think max amps is 16 but I set mine to 12

decided to keep a rough record of number of charges, last year on new battery I have had some rides where I have a range of 45-49 miles on single charge. this was july to September, don't tend to use my ebikes in the winter.

did a hilly ride last week so upped the amp setting to 16amps got about 30 miles from one charge.

amps back to 12 the most I seem to get is a max of 38 miles .

now it would be fair to say I have gained a stone since last summer, and its been windy on almost every ride,

I have just covered 1000 miles on this battery is it normal to deplete a bit ? last week 35 miles covered almost home seemed to be nothing left in battery at all

You should find that temperature affects range. The colder the shorter, to the tune of 20 to 30 % difference between winter and summer.
