Hi all!
I wondered if anybody could point me in the right direction to buy an electric conversion kit for a Schwinn Chopper bike?

There isn't a ready-made solution. That bike would need special stuff, experience and knowledge to convert. It could be done. You can see examples on YouTube and various forums, all of which are probably illegal in UK.

It has a very wide bottom bracket (165mm), which is probably too wide for a crank-motor. You need to measure the length of the tube to be sure. A chain-drive would work and be easy to fit, then you have to figure out how and where to mount the battery.

Funnily enough I've got one of those sting ray bikes sat in my shed. A mate dropped it off, saying it "would make an amazing electric bike, you can do it for me!"
I said at the time, might get a front wheel motor that would fit, but it would be a bit lacking in traction. Doesn't look a very comfy bike to ride
